Dormitories Department and accommodations for students

This department is responsible for assigning dormitory rooms to students according to conditions and internal regulations of the university. Living at dormitories is conditioned on observing regulations set for student dormitories by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.

The duration of stay at dormitories is determined on the basis of the period of each term and according to regulations of Education Department and rental is determined according to type of dormitory.

How to apply for dormitories

One: Application by the student and agreement by Students Department after making sure about necessary conditions;

Two: Signing a written form pledging to observe regulations related to dormitories;

Three: Providing necessary papers to Students Department for a letter of introduction (permit) to be issued to the student;

A.   Getting dormitory financial bill;

B.   Crediting the sum of tuition to university’s account;

C.   Confirmation of financial bill by Finance Department;

D.   Sending dormitory bill to Dormitories Department;

E.    Delivering permit to live at dormitories.

Girls’ dorms

Girls’ dorms are located 3 km from the campus.

They include one bed rooms and each unit can accommodate 3 students.

Each unit has its own television, refrigerator, gas oven, table and chairs and beds….

Internet service, weekly cleaning of dorms, transportation from dorms to the campus and vice versa are other services available to students living at dorms.

Boys’ dorms

Boy’s dorms consist of two residential blocs each in six stories which are located 10 km from the campus. The dorms include 44 one-bed apartments with each unit housing two students. Every unit has necessary equipment including a television, refrigerator, toaster, tea maker, chairs and table for study, beds….

Internet service, weekly cleaning of dorms, transportation from dorms to the campus and vice versa are other services available to students living at dorms.
