Test fees will be neither refunded nor transferred.

Candidates who wish to postpone their test date will forfeit the test fee they have paid. Candidates will have to pay the entire test fee again to register on a different date.

Candidates who have registered for a test date and fail to appear to take the test will not be refunded.
